CORTEFIEL, SA, of Avda. del Llano Castellano nº 51, 28034 Madrid, holder of tax ID code (CIF) A-08099459, owner of the brand WOMEN`SECRET (hereinafter, "WOMEN'SECRET"), is organising, on the dates set out hereinbelow, a free draw, no purchase necessary, called "FILL YOUR SUITCASE THIS SUMMER WITH WOMEN'SECRET" (hereinafter, "the Draw") pursuant to the provisions set out in these Rules.
To take part in the draw you must be a fan of the "WOMEN`SECRET" Facebook page (www.facebook.com/womensecret). Go to the application "We'll give you €1,000 for your summer suitcase", which can be accessed at http://bit.ly/QHPdcM, accept the permissions requested by the application and register there.
You have to register between 19/05/2014 and 8/06/2014, both dates inclusive. Only one registration is allowed per person.
The draw is exclusively for participants over 18 years of age, resident in countries where the WOMEN`SECRET online store operates: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portuguese Peninsula, United Kingdom, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovakia, Hungary, Malta, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden and Romania.
Members of "Club WOW España" will enter the draw twice, simply by correctly filling in the data requested. Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer our draws in any way, nor is it associated to any of them.
The conditions for receiving the prize are as follows: The prize is a gift of €1,000 in the form of five pin codes, each in the value of €200, which may be redeemed only at the WOMEN`SECRET online store (www.womensecret.com), and which are to be entered at the end of the purchasing process. Each pin code will be valid for a single purchase and if garments are not acquired to its total value, the difference will be lost. Validity will be for sixty (60) days following receipt of the promotional pin. The pins may be used in sales, promotions and special offers, except when the use of a different promotional code is required. They are not valid for transactions that include a gift card. The prize will be non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
The purchasing conditions of the online store will govern purchases made there using the pin codes provided.
The draw will be held before a Notary Public on 17 June 2014, at Raimundo Fdez. Villaverde nº 61, 3º, Madrid, and will consist of drawing randomly from a register. Five additional participants will be drawn to act as reserves.
The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail, and through the publication of their name on the Facebook page belonging to the brand.
In the event that it is not possible to find the winner within a term of five days, or if the prize is expressly refused for any reason, WOMEN'SECRET will turn to the reserves, in the order that they were drawn.
After having been contacted, the winner will receive an e-mail explaining how to proceed.
If the prize cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the winner (or reserve) within a term of 30 days following publication of their name on the website, this prize will be declared null and void.
The personal data provided will be collected confidentially in the "Promociones Women'secret" file, to be used for sending advertising or promotional communications about its own products, by any means (correspondence, telephone, fax, email, sms or any other electronic means). You authorise Cortefiel, S.A. to send occasional advertising or promotional communications by any means (correspondence, telephone, fax, email, sms or any other electronic means) from other companies with which the company may sign collaboration agreements, concerning financial products, insurance, perfumery, jewellery, books and CDs, sport, household goods, food and drink, leisure parks, museums, shows, travel, fuel, healthcare, automobiles, telephony, internet services, information technology, hotels, videogames, gifts, charities, cosmetics and hair care. If you are a member of Club WOW, your personal data as contained in the Club WOW database, may be updated with the data you have supplied. You have the right to access this information, and correct, cancel or oppose it. The winner gives permission for her full name to be published on the women'secret website during the period of validity of the draw, and for the three following months. She also authorises its publication in any of the brand's official communication channels in the social networks it is present in for the period of one year; she shall not be entitled to receive any compensation.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. Any complaint with regard to the Draw shall be sent to Cortefiel, S.A., to the attention of the Cortefiel Group e-commerce Department, at the following address: Avda. del Llano Castellano 51, within thirty (30) days from the deadline for entering the Draw, as stipulate in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of these rules and in absence of an amicable settlement, all litigation shall be subject to the courts of the city of Madrid.
